I was hesitant to order due to little information about the company, I didn't see anything bad, but nothing substantial. We decided to take a chance and pay through PayPal. We ordered a MacBook Pro and it came in exact condition as described, everything working, for hundreds less than other sites. Customer service was great, computer arrived in less than a week.
