 Do products sold on WisetekMarket.com come with a warranty?

Yes. All products sold come with a (1) year warranty, as standard.

 

How do I order a custom configuration?

What is a refurbished product?

Refurbishment is the distribution of products (usually electronics and electricals) that have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons. Refurbished products are normally tested for functionality and defects before they are sold.

 

Why would I use a refurbished product?

Simple, you're getting the best brands for less. Refurbished products are in full working order and can be configured to outperform the newest of products. Cost savings combined with warranty is a major advantage for a tight budget. 

 

Shipping

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated with a combination of weight, package size and distance to delivery destination.

 

Can I track my purchase ?

After purchasing you will receive an email from our sales team confirming your purchase, you will also be issued with a tracking number based on the carrier assigned to you. 

 

Who do WisetekMarket use to ship?

WisetekMarket use a combination of different carriers such as TNT, Fedex and UPS.

 

 

Solve a problem 

Why am I not receiving any notification emails?

If you are not receiving expected site emails, please check the following:

  1. Check your junk mail folder or spam filter for the missing emails.
  2. Verify that your email client, such as Outlook, is not in “offline” mode.
  3. If you use a POP3 connection to retrieve your email, please verify that the emails were not downloaded to a different computer.
